How do your wine charms attach around the stem of the wine glass?
~ Every wine glass ring is hand beaded on high grade memory wire that holds its shape and opens by simply bending the ends around the stem of your wine glass.   
Do your wine glass charms lose their shape like the earring wire wine charms?
~ No our wine glass charms do not lose their shape, they retain their shape due to the memory wire used. If they are forcibly stretched they will straighten out but can be reshaped by bending back into a circle. We do not recommend forcing them open, but simply twisting them around the stem of your wine glass..
What bead color will be on the wine charm theme I ordered?
~ Your order will be filled from our prebeaded wine charm ring inventory. We have a wide variety of over 90 beautiful bead colors. If you have a specific decor color for your kitchen, dinnerware or glassware we recommend you customize your bead color by clicking the "Wine Charm Bead Color" tab. Can I order a set of all the same charms but in different bead colors?
~ Yes you can. Please click on the following link to read instructions on how to accomplish this. Individual Bead Colors.
What if I need six or eight wine glass charms?
~ You may order as many wine charms as you need. Simply click on "Customize Your Own Set" tab and you can individually select the charms you prefer. The entire set you select will beaded in one color combination from our stock inventory. I've seen wine charms that are less expensive, why should I buy these charms?
~ There are a lot of wine charms available in the marketplace and online in every price range. The price you pay depends on the quality of product. In other words, you get what you pay for. The wine charms featured on our website are all hand beaded on a high grade memory wire that retains its shape for years of use. The rings are completely beaded and look more like jewelry for your wine glasses.
Many wine charms available are made with earring wire that loses its shape after just one use. There are no tricky hooks with our product, which makes it easier to put on and take off the wine glass. They simply twist on and off, ideal for arthritic hands, poor eyesight or one too many glasses of wine! Also the charms we use are the best quality available. Most companies use flattened-one dimensional charms. It pays to compare, Quality makes a difference...buy the Best!
I don't see a specific charm I want, can you special order it?
~ Yes we can order a charm for just about any thing you can think of. There is a minimum order of 25 of each charm. Please email your request and we will do our best to research and locate the specific charm for you. sales@winecharmthemes.com
Can I purchase the charms individually without the beaded rings?
~ Yes you may. The prices vary depending on the charms detail and size. They typically range from $1.50- $2.25 per charm. Please contact us for a special quote for your charm requests: sales@winecharmthemes.com
Do you offer discounts for large orders for corporate events or weddings?
~ Yes we do offer large order discounts. Certain factors determine pricing. How many wine charms are needed? When are they needed by? Remember these are all hand beaded and it takes time to bead large quantities. We will accommodate your time requests to the best of our abilities. Custom bead colors are available to match company colors and event color coordination. We can research our sources to find different charms for your event. Some examples of events we have done: mask charms for a masquarade party, elephants, lions and a big top tent for a circus event, limousine charms for a limousine company, we will do everything we can to accommodate your special requirements. sales@winecharmthemes.com
What is your return policy?
~ We want our customers to be happy with their purchases and will do our best to correct any issues that may occur. We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product, not including shipping. Prior authorization must be granted prior to return for refund. Items must be returned to receive refund.
The flameless candles cannot be returned if the cellophane wrap has been removed around the wax candles. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to return item and/or exchanges. Do you sell wholesale to retailers interested in carrying your wine charms?
~ Yes we do. We have retail outlets all over the country, Canada, Japan, Australia, Bermuda, England and in Sweden carrying our wine glass charms. We require a copy of your Resale License or Privilege Tax License. Please click wholesale information, complete and fax to 520-790-5467 along with a copy of your license. You will receive an email with the password to view the wholesale information page. We do not wholesale our flameless candles.
