This battery operated flickering lantern operates with the ON/OFF switch located on the side of the lantern just below the lid. It is also equipped with an ENERGY SAVING TIMER, which will automatically turn the fixture off after approciamately 6 hours to help conserve battery power.
Once the timer was turned off the fixture, you can turn the fixture back on, if desired, by turning the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position and then back on to the ON position.
Choosing a location: The flickering lantern can be placed on the included stand, on the included wall bracket or on any flat surface. The lantern may be used indoors and outdoors.
Requires 2 "D" Alkaline batteries.
